Terms of use

These terms apply to the Laser Saga Show Builder at builder.lasersaga.com (the “Tool”), operated by Laser Saga Events LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Laser Saga”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Tool you agree to them. If you use the Tool for a company, you accept them for that company too.

1. Ownership

The Tool, including its software and code, 3D models, effect and laser programming, music engine, designs, layouts, look and feel, texts, the Laser Saga name and logo, the “Make it Unreal” slogan and all proposals, renders, PDFs and video clips it creates (“Outputs”), belongs to Laser Saga or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and trade-secret law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of these rights to you.

2. What you may do

Laser Saga gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Tool and its Outputs only to design, present and discuss shows to be delivered by Laser Saga, for your organisation and your clients.

3. What you must not do

• copy, download, scrape, record or reproduce the Tool or its code, or any part of it, except Outputs as allowed above;
• reverse engineer, decompile, de-obfuscate or try to extract the source code, data or methods of the Tool;
• build, or help anyone build, a similar or competing product or service;
• use the Tool or its Outputs to obtain quotes from, or to have a show delivered by, any supplier other than Laser Saga without Laser Saga's written consent;
• remove or change the Laser Saga branding, copyright notices or BETA marks on Outputs;
• share your login, let anyone else use your account, or try to get around the sign-in, two-step verification or other protections;
• overload, probe or attack the Tool, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Accounts and access

Accounts are personal and approved by Laser Saga. Keep your password and authenticator safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. Laser Saga decides the access level of each account and may suspend or close any account at any time, in particular if these terms are broken.

5. Client preview links

You may send preview links to your clients. You are responsible for whom you send them to. Anyone with a link can view that preview until it expires or is switched off; the same restrictions on copying and reuse apply to them. Laser Saga may switch off any link.

6. Your content

You may upload music, video and logos. You confirm you have the rights to use them for this purpose and allow Laser Saga to store and process them to run the Tool and the links you create. Do not upload anything unlawful or anything you have no right to share.

7. Confidentiality

The Tool, its features and anything you learn about how Laser Saga designs and programmes shows are confidential. Keep them confidential and only share Outputs with your client for the purpose in section 2.

8. Visuals are indicative

The Tool is a BETA sales visualiser. Renders, layouts, quantities, distances, timings and effects are indicative only and are not a technical design, safety plan, risk assessment or offer. Final designs, quantities, safety distances and approvals are confirmed by Laser Saga after a site survey and venue and authority approval, under a separate written agreement.

9. No warranty and liability

The Tool is provided “as is” and may change, have errors or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Laser Saga is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from use of the Tool.

10. Breach

If these terms are broken, Laser Saga may close access straight away and take any legal action available, including claims for damages and injunctions.

11. Privacy

We store your name, email, company, phone, sign-in records and the designs and links you create, to run the Tool and manage access. The Tool is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell your data. Ask us to see or delete your data at any time.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms; you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
